I have been going here for 15 years. The food is always good. Except the Rangoons. Egg rolls good. Broccoli beef really yum. The general tso is good but too much breading. I really wish they would bring back the egg foo young. It was the best thing on the menu. They said they would make it if not busy. But if you ask for when they aren't busy they get a little attitude. They can improve in their hospitality. Other than these things I will keep going. Hopeful I can get egg foo young again.

You will get a lot of food here for a cheap price, but the quality is just OK to me. I have found that I prefer China House down the street off Meridian, because the food tastes a lot better and I can pay with a card. I can never really come here because I seldom have cash. What kind of business today is cash only anyway? Probably something shady. The best thing I've had here is the hot and sour soup, but everything else has been super bland. I do like that they have a drive-thru though, and they are very quick. Although it makes you wonder how freshly cooked anything is when it's ready that fast. China House all the way!

Fast, greasy, cheap, and, well, good.
Authentic Chinese?
Ah, HELL no!
But who cares?
This is "American Chinese" comfort food here, folks.
Nutrious?
Not even. :)
Total dive?
Oh, HELL yes!
Huge portions.
Tiny building.
(Eat in if you like, but . . . )
Not a great part of town --
far from it, in fact.
But yum?
Yum.
YUM. -

This is a place I have gone to since I first got married. When we first got married we were very young and had only one income so we would try to find good, cheep places to eat if we ever ate out. This place was like a haven for us..young, in love and looking into each others eyes as we ate Chinese food. NOT ANY CHINESE but Taiwan Chinese food. I would almost like to credit our 17 years of marriage so far to this restaurant.. ALMOST. (It was actually God and working hard through the years but ... the Taiwan Chinese food helped) At one point around 12 years ago the place was burned down in a fire. They rebuilt it to the same small size it was before. In OKC you see a lot of these little family run Chinese places but I truly believe this place sets itself apart. The food is DELICIOUS and so cheep. It comes piping hot and has never disappointed me. The drive through this quick. Usually the daughter or the mom comes outside and asks you what you want if there is a line. By the time you get to the window your food is fresh, piping hot and ready. I've probably eaten here 70 times. For $6 you get a lunch entree with fried rice and a eggroll. This place is cheep, local, family owned and delicious... EXACTLY what I hope to find in a restaurant. The kung pao chicken is my go to dish 9 out of 10 times when I go here. I just love the way they make it. They've actually set a standard for me that makes me turn my nose down at other places that serve kung pao chicken. If I could add my toes in this review I'd give it 10 stars!
